Delivery Deliveries within Europe take 2 working days. Deliveries outside Europe take up to 5 working days.

Cancellation of order As a customer of MPI Tech A/S you are protected by Danish law with respect to web purchases. Therefore you have 14 days to cancel your order from the day of reception of the products. The products must be returned to MPI Tech A/S in the same condition as when you received the products. If you regret your purchase within 14 days - MPI Tech A/S will credit the price of the products excl. freight costs. Products returned unpaid or as Cash On Delivery will be refused by MPI Tech A/S. If you wish to return products, please contact MPI Tech A/S on e-mail webshop@mpitech.com, please inform us about your name and phone number. MPI Tech A/S will mail you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number that will speed up the procedure.

Claims As a customer of MPI Tech A/S you have a 24 months warranty. This warranty covers all material errors and defects that eventually could happen to the products in a period of 24 months from the date of purchases of the products. However the warranty does not include user errors, modifications or abuse. If you wish to return a product please contact us at www.mpitech.com to get a RMA number. Enclose a thorough description of the problem/the error. This will decrease the repair time.

If it turns out that returned products do not have any errors or defects MPI Tech A/S will charge an inspection fee.

Responsibility MPI Tech A/S does not assume responsibility as a result from the buyers' legal matters against third parties. Manuals enclosed with the MPI Tech A/S products are in English. You have no legal right to demand that manuals will be delivered in other languages.

Every order will be dispatched unless Force Majeure occurs, hereunder war, civil troubles, government or local society intervention, strike, blockade or lockout, export or import limitations , natural disasters or bad weather conditions, fire, lack of employment and energy supply or any cause whatsoever beyond the vendors' control which can prevent the vendor completing the order.

MPI Tech A/S has in the case of Force Majeure the choice between cancel the purchase or deliver the product as soon as the obstruction for delivery is removed.

MPI Tech A/S is, in case of Force Majeure, not responsible for any loss at the customer as a consequence of a failed delivery. MPI Tech A/S makes reservations for print errors, change in prices, changes in exchange rates, out of stock situations and product specifications or documentation changes.
